The project consist in the construction of a tourist, commercial and residential complex composed of :
- A luxury 5 starts hotel with a capacity of approximately 550 beds including a large thalassotherapy centre.
- A Congress Centre with about 5000 seats.
- An Animation and Leisure Centre including a Shopping Gallery, Cinema Halls, Bowling.
- A Zone of Tourist Villas comprising 90 Luxury Residences.
- A caidal tente with a basement.
- An underground Parking.
The total surface area of the project is about 220,000 m².
